How it works

Our process starts with a deep cleaning of your roof. This is to get any dirt & mildew off that can interfere with the coating process. Since most asphalt shingled roofs that need to be coated are porous and worn out and will tend to absorb the first coat, we apply two coats of our product. The second coat leaves a protective surface film that stops cracking, curling, leaking, and shingle granule loss. All in all, our process is designed to last 20 years.
